Spoons

Yes, Caleb is holding a spoon and a comb. It may seem strange that he often plays with spoons and combs instead of his other toys. But, what you probably didn't know is that I forgot to pack toys for the kids when we headed to Montana for Josh's summer internship. As a result, Carly and Caleb learned to be easily entertained. Because of their toyless summer, they both became expert bug smashers, rolley-polley catchers, spoon and comb swordsmen and great helpers in the kitchen. Now anything becomes a toy once Caleb grabs ahold of it, and he often prefers playing with household items over his own toys.
