Josh has hunting dogs. Besides taking them hunting, with the kids' help Josh teaches the dogs to behave, plays with them, and scolds them when they bark in their kennel. We try to keep the dogs quiet so they do not bother our neighbors, etc. Somewhere along the way Caleb must have noticed Josh acting stern with the dogs, because he began applying the same techniques to his sister.
