This is a picture of our family. Look closely. She put a lot of time and effort into this masterpiece. (I labeled each member of the family.)
Carly is such a funny girl. The other day I was taking care of the baby and she spilled her cereal. Instead of coming and asking me for help she tried to clean up the mess all by herself. I walked into the room just as she was squeezing the washcloth she had been washing the floor with in order to get some milk out of it so she could finish what little cereal she had left in her bowl. She is so resourceful!

Yesterday I noticed Carly's room was dirty. I asked her to clean her room. She went into her room and shut the door. I went to check on her progress about 10 minutes later and her room was clean. This has never happened before. Cleaning her room has always been a team effort. She is growing up so fast! Because she did what I asked her to the first time I asked I told her she could pick out a treat the next time we go to the store. Carly was so excited! But, she felt the need to explain to me how the treat she was going to pick out had to be on sale or else we cannot buy it. Can you tell we shop the sales?
The kids are already anxious for Christmas. Carly wants something that has to do with princesses and Caleb wants a train. He loves Thomas The Train. We will have to see if Santa has anything in his bag that is on their wish list.
James is growing up so fast. He is three months old (as of last week) and weighs 17 lbs. As you can see from this picture, Caleb loves being a big brother.

17 pounds! Wow! He's such a big boy now. Adalynn was only 12 pounds last week and she was 4 months and 1 week. Isn't it crazy how all babies are different? Glad all is going well for you all. Carly is SOOO adorable! And smart!
