James is three! He requested a chocolate cake with strawberries on it. When I asked him what he wanted for his birthday he said strawberries. I was trying to figure out what kind of toys he wanted and when I kept asking he said, "Mom, strawberries is all I need!" Ok, easiest birthday shopping ever!! James is growing up so fast. He has matured quite a bit since Jayda was born. He has really grown into a sweet big brother. He loves to play with Caleb, they are best buddies. At church I am told he is the quietest kid in his class, which is totally opposite from the volume level he uses at home. He is very polite and always asks to be excused from the table when he is done eating and is very good about clearing his plate.
I looked outside on day and saw James trying to plant fake flowers for me in the flower bed. What a sweetie! If only the flowers I planted looked that good. Maybe next year I will take a hint from him and plant fake flowers.

I was just reading all your new post. Wow your kids are growing up. You sure do have a beautiful family. We miss you guys. When u next coming back to Utah? We all need to get together, with all the kids. You guys and the Noftles, oh how fun that will be.
Yeah, we can't wait to see you guys. We'll be coming to see you by this summer. Your little Zoey is a doll!
